Something to think about


Dear Friends, in today’s world more people are looking for natural ways to improve their health and well being. There is an increasing demand for non-invasive approaches to achieve better balance in both their emotional and physical lives.


Because of the hectic pace of modern society, more than 90% of the American population believe they could use less stress in their lives.


It is believed that over 90% if all diseases can be attributed directly to stress. About thirteen million Americans have a drinking problem and cocaine is the most abused stimulant.


The number one killer in our society is heart disease and are directly related to stress, smoking, and obesity. Stress can worsen any chronic condition. Painkillers are the leading over-the-counter drugs in America.


It is disturbing to know that miss-prescribed drugs are the fourth leading cause of death in the U.S.


We are living in a fight or flight state every day of our lives. The body responds by releasing stress hormones (adrenaline and cortisol) which raises blood pressure and releases free radicals which can damage our immune system and the cortisol makes the body hold on to belly fat!


Our children suffer from add and other disorders due to their poor diets and eating habits along with peer pressure and the stress that goes along with it.


Migraine headaches and Fibromyalgia are now becoming common ailments.


We as a society need to STOP this insanity and decide what is really import in our lives.


We need to stop keeping up with the Jones’s and discover the joy of a simpler life.
